In barrier management, it is essential to have insurance on the performance of barriers.

In this webinar, we will cover the Audit and Incident functionality in the BowTieXP software.

The first way of knowing if your barriers are effective is to start asking performance questions. For example, if you have a barrier “apply first aid”. This barrier only works if know that we actually train people on a regular basis.  

The second way of knowing is by adding incident-related data. If we think a barrier is working but we see a barrier failing when it is put under pressure in an incident, we need to act.
