Do you know if your risks are under control in different parts of your organisation? It's valuable to understand which sites control their risks well, as their best practices can benefit sites that are struggling. However, no site is the same. Even if the risk is similar, the controls and how mature they are may be different. The problem of comparing similar, but not identical, sites is sometimes referred to as the 'global-local' problem. During our interactive session in the BowTieXP Enterprise User Group Meeting, we'll discuss how different Enterprise users handle the global-local problem. What works for them? What doesn't? Sharing these practices may spark some new ideas!
