Integrity Cards

Why Integrity Cards?

Despite better technology and bigger data, unplanned events (incidents and accidents) still occur. Our Integrity Cards shine a light on potential integrity failures and help teams recognize, respect, and resolve hazards before they escalate. Originally developed by David Hatch (Principal consultant to Resilium), each 52-card deck visualizes a broad range of scenarios. Grouped into suits—Degradation, Discharge, Damage, and Deviation—these cards build on game-based learning principles for effective microlearning.

The cards are now known as Integrity Cards to encourage positive engagement, covering both Process Safety (Containment Integrity) and Occupational Safety (Task Integrity). They include QR codes that link to more in-depth resources or interactive whiteboards. For more information or to inquire about customization, don’t hesitate to contact us.
