This phases focuses on the tactical plan and initial execution. We ensure the organization develops the skills and makes the necessary preparations, such as:

• Training key stakeholders
• Gathering and processing existing risk data
• Setting up initial risk registers and metadata
• Setting up licenses and permissions
• Plan upcoming reviews
