In a hands-on workshop about the common hazards posed to the renewables industry, we'll make groups around several top risks. Each group will brainstorm and develop a bowtie. At the end of the day, all attendees can go home with a list of worked-out examples and a better understanding of the approaches taken by other companies.

This interactive serious game introduces attendees to the basics of risk management and bowtie. Balance production against protection. Overdoing it in either direction will lead to bankruptcy. For those of you already familiar with bowtie, you can experience a new way to introduce other people to bowtie and risk management.
