1- Roger Light 🔗

Principal Consultant at rupe

Roger Light is a Principal Consultant at Rupe, specialising in data analytics, dimensional modelling and strategy. He brings nearly two decades of experience helping organisations design and deliver end‑to‑end data and analytics solutions across sectors including higher education, retail, aviation and charities. As a child of the '80s his first experience of computing encompassed failing to get a ZX81 to do anything other than crash, followed by gaming and largely mischievous programming on a BBC Micro. Roger began his career in technology in the late 1990s as a junior software engineer after completing a history degree. He found that many skills translated remarkably well from historical studies to programming and data work, including source quality assessment, causal and dependency evaluation, and understanding of human intent within organisational processes. Roger is passionate about helping organisations build sustainable solutions and operating models that empower teams to use data confidently and effectively long after an engagement ends. Roger lives in Reading with his wife and daughter.

2- Paul McCulloch 🔗

Principal consultant and co-owner of Resilium UK

Change agent for introducing Barrier- based risk management to help organisations understand their risk. Subject matter expert in Safety and Barrier Risk Management with a background in Chemical Engineering, Operations and Process Safety, and more recently rail, infrastructure, IT and Health safety.

3- Keiran Doyle PhD 🔗

Barrier-based risk management consultant at Resilium UK

Keiran is a Barrier-based Risk Management Consultant at Resilium UK who is providing expertise and support in risk management and bowtie analysis for Resilium UK's clients and ongoing projects & workstreams. He delivers consultancy services in barrier-based thinking, bowtie risk modelling, and failure & incident analysis, delivers high-quality training and workshops both in a remote and in-person capacity, and produces tailored risk and barrier dashboard visualisations for actionable intelligence. He has worked with clients across several industries including mining, transportation, manufacturing, energy & utilities, defence, and emergency services, applying bowtie methodologies to help them understand their risks and apply that understanding to improve operations. Keiran completed a PhD at the Camborne School of Mines (UK), which investigated the safety and sustainability of mining at diverse scales by placing health & safety at the core of responsibility, conducted as part of the EU-funded H2020 IMP@CT Project. His research focused on modern, regulated mining and explored topics including Health & Safety Management, Occupational Safety, Cultural Maturity, and Socio-environmental Sustainability.

4- Callum Nye 🔗

Consultant at Resilium UK

Callum is a Consultant at Resilium UK, providing specialist consultancy services in barrier-based risk management, failure and incident analysis, and the deployment of risk management software solutions. Partnering closely with operational teams and leadership, helping organisations transform complex risk data into dynamic, visual models—strengthening barrier controls, driving proactive risk awareness, and improving organisational resilience. Formerly a data-analyst within the civil service working on analysing and visualising the organisations health & safety risk data. Background in academia with a MSc in Human Osteology and BA (Hons) in Archaeology, which brings a unique perspective to risk analysis.
